Every journey starts with that first, single step, and you too can be a part of our family
Lessons

Class Conduct
Because of the possible hazards of uncontrolled Martial Arts training, some rules must be observed by all students.
- Punctuality for classes is important
- When your Instructor calls you to attention, it is vital that you stop whatever you are doing instantly and pay attention.
- Try your best to do what your Instructor is asking of you, showing him or her, and your fellow students, respect.

What do I need to train?
As a beginning student, you will not need a great deal to train in: just something loose and comfortable. A t-shirt and shorts or light trousers should be fine.
Once you show interest to continue your training you will need to purchase a Kung Fu uniform. Because of our warm weather, this consists of Mon Lung T shirts and trousers.
White socks are to be worn. Kung Fu slippers should also be worn, but it is also acceptable that students train in bare feet. or with socks.
Gradings
Gradings are held every six months under the strict supervision of our Grandmaster Sifu Gaffiero. Once a student moves on to the next belt, he is awarded with the relevant sash which must be worn at all times during the lessons.
